Ramayana: Is Yash’s Ravana Clothing in Nitesh Tiwari’s Epic Made of “True Gold”? A Fact Check Is Provided Here!

According to recent speculations, genuine gold would be used to create superstar Yash’s costumes for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. However, is it accurate?

The neighborhood is buzzing over Nitesh Tiwari’s next Ramayan reinterpretation, which has recently started filming. Following the release of photos of Sai Pallavi and Ranbir Kapoor dressed in their costumes, excitement for the movie has reached unprecedented heights. According to sources, the movie’s budget is estimated to be around 800 crore, making it one of the biggest film investments ever. Additionally, it was announced that KGF celebrity Yash will be producing the movie in addition to playing the character of Ravana. The movie’s mystery has been further enhanced by the most recent reports. Real gold is going to be used to make Yash’s Ravana costumes. We now know the following!

According to a source connected to a major newswire, “the clothes being made for Yash are crafted from real gold,” which disclosed specifics of the outfit. A legend called the “Golden City of Lanka” described the domain of the demon king. According to the account, real gold is being utilized because Ramana was the monarch of Sri Lanka, which was once a golden region. It follows that all of his clothes are made of actual gold.

The costumes for “Ramayana” have been designed by the gifted designers Rimple and Harpreet, who have worked together on other projects like Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, Housefull 4, and Padmaavat.

At first, Yash turned down the role of Ravana, according to a source from the time

Yash was just supposed to be a producer on the movie, according to earlier reports. He only ultimately consented as a producer. Instead of accepting remuneration (about ₹80 crore), he gave his assent to take part.

The stolen images from Ramayana: Part 1, which included the actors’ costumes and personas, reportedly incensed Nitesh Tiwari. On the filming site, he has imposed a strict no-phone policy.

Yash, though, has not addressed any speculations or reports. Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Rama in the next magnum opus, while Sai Pallavi plays Sita. In addition, Raja Dashrath will be portrayed by Arun Govil and Kaikeyi by Lara Dutta.

The release date of Nitesh Tiwari’s epic has reportedly been rescheduled to October 2027—a good three years away—although this has not yet been confirmed.
