One of the most eagerly awaited Hindi movies of the upcoming years is Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana. Sai Pallavi plays Sita in the Hindu legendary drama, and Ranbir Kapoor plays Lord Rama. The actors and film have not yet been formally revealed by the director. But the crew has already begun filming the movie.
A few days ago, several photographs from the Ramayana film sets surfaced online. A site spotted Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi on set as Lord Rama and Sita. As soon as the photos became viral, netizens tweeted their reactions to Ranbir and Sai’s appearance. The internet has had different reactions, but fans of both actors are thrilled. Even if the fans are pleased, the Dangal director is dissatisfied with the outcome.
Major changes in the shooting of the Ramayana
Nitesh Tiwari and his team have been filming in Mumbai’s Film City in Goregaon. The outside locations resulted in photos being leaked, which the director does not want to happen again. As a result, Nitesh will allegedly shoot much of Ramayana indoors.
According to a source, Nitesh sir has chosen to focus on indoor shoots in the future to reduce the possibility of another leak. For the next few weeks, all outside shots will take place at night. In addition, private security has been employed to protect the scene from photographers or fans looking for photos.”
Ramayana sets already have no phone rules, and Tiwari will not modify that. The director will shoot the Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi film until it rains in the city, as he hopes to complete some schedule by June 2024. The team is now filming a critical sequence that will be used to make an official announcement in June.
Meanwhile, speculations suggest that the film would star Lara Dutta, Sunny Deol, Arun Govil, Sakshi Tanwar, and Navin Polishetty, in addition to Ranbir and Sai. However, no formal confirmation of their casting has been made yet.
