Thammudu, Pawan Kalyan’s legendary film, will return to theaters on June 15, 2024, marking 25 years after its first release in 1999.

Thammudu, a film starring Pawan Kalyan, will return to theaters on June 15, 2024, after 25 years. This sports action film, written and directed by PA Arun Prasad, was originally released in 1999 and has since become a fan favorite.

Subhash, a college student who likes to hang around with friends and chase females, is the main character of the narrative. He is his father’s pride, however, and his brother is a committed kickboxer. When a rival injures Subhash’s brother and keeps him from participating in a kickboxing contest, the storyline becomes increasingly complicated. Subhash trains and fights instead of his brother in an attempt to atone for his transgressions. Additionally, he develops feelings for a neighbor girl who is encouraging throughout the journey.

Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander, starring Aamir Khan, was influenced by the American film “Breaking Away,” which in turn served as the inspiration for Thammudu. Other versions of the film with Thalapathy Vijay and Shiva Rajkumar in Kannada as Yuvaraja and Tamil as “Badri” The “Thammudu” trailer will premiere in conjunction with the re-release.

Following his stunning victory in the Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, Pawan Kalyan is preparing for several upcoming motion picture projects. He is starring in “OG” (They Call Him OG), which Sujeeth of “Saaho” fame is directing. In addition, the eagerly anticipated “Hari Hara Veera Mallu: Part 1- Sword vs. Spirit” is anticipated to be released shortly. The actor will also be seen in another movie, “Ustaad Bhagat Singh,” which is helmed by Harish Shankar.
