Sunil, Chaitanya Rao, Shraddha Das, and Harsha Chemudu starred in the crime comedy Paarijatha Parvam, which debuted on large screens. See how it performs by reading our review.

Story:

Producers who like his story but disagree with his casting choice reject Chaitanya (Chaitanya Rao), who is keen to make his directorial debut with his pal Harsha (Harsha Chemudu) in the lead part. Chaitanya devises a scheme to abduct producer Shetty’s (Srikanth Iyenger) wife to demand a ransom for his film after Shetty makes disparaging remarks to him. What follows? Was Shetty’s wife abducted by him? What is the story’s connection between Bar Seenu (Sunil) and Parvathy (Shraddha Das)? In the film, each of these queries will be addressed.

Bonus Points

Especially in the second half, comedian Harsha Chemudu, who is well-known for his clever humor, delivers laughs precisely when needed. In his capacity as an aspiring director, Chaitanya Rao excels.

Notable is comedian Sunil’s portrayal of Bar Seenu. His humorous exchanges with Chaitanya Rao and Harsha Chemudu are a notable highlight. With his part, Srikanth Iyengar also makes an impression.

Negative Points

The plot of crime comedies should excite the audience by being both interesting and compellingly narrated. Sadly, Paarijatha Parvam does not have this captivating element.

Writer and director Kambhampati Santosh needs to have given the screenplay more thought. A brilliantly written screenplay with plenty of exciting parts could have made the film much better.

Even while there are some funny scenes between Sunil and Harsha, some seem forced. Additionally, there are pointless filler segments in the movie. Had the dialogue been written better, the movie’s impact might have been altered.

A few characters don’t get enough attention. Malavika Satheesan, the female lead, appears on screen for a short while. To provide more nuance and levity, the characters portrayed by Srikanth Iyengar, Surekha Vani, and Samir might have been more deeply explored.

Technical Details:

With this endeavor, Kambhampati Santosh fails to leave his mark. The result might have been different if the story and screenplay had been developed more.

Ree’s compositions are passable, but the accompanying music is unsatisfactory and occasionally grating. The score is repetitive and lessens the impact of the situations; it sounds like the 8-bit ringtones from old Nokia phones. The cinematography by Bala Saraswathi is good, but Sasank Vupputuri’s editing should have been more precise for a more seamless flow. The production values meet the required standards.

Conclusion:

Overall, the terrible plot and script of Paarijatha Parvam make it a dismal crime comedy that is hard to watch. With their humorous performances, Harsha Chemudu, Sunil, and Srikanth Iyengar can save the movie to some extent, but the picture suffers from pointless scenes, pacing problems, and a lack of interest. This weekend, think about checking out some different forms of amusement.
