Dong Wook has a long and distinguished acting career, but his role in the film Goblin, which starred Gong Yoo and other actors, brought him international attention. Tale of the Nine-Tailed, his most recent drama, is likewise very well-received worldwide. The actor is currently, though, occupied with promoting “Single in Seoul,” his next project.

Lee Dong Wook recently participated in a chat session with Monsta X’s Hyungwon in his YouTube video, “Lee Dong-wook Wants to Play Games,” suggesting that he is going all out for the “Single in Seoul” promotion. During the conversation, the host inquired about the actor’s methods for maintaining his attractive appearance and physique. The performer discussed his time in the military.

In response to Hyungwon’s additional inquiry, “I have a lot of cheek fat. Lee Dong remarked, “It’s because I’m older that I want to have a face without any fat like yours.โ€ “I lost the fat after coming back from the military,” he continued.

The Goblin actor continued, recalling his time in the military, saying, “I also gained 16kg in the military.” My weight gain wasn’t healthy. I was once given military uniforms, but I didn’t fit because I had gained 16 kg. I therefore had to wear baggy pants.โ€ Who would have thought that South Korea’s “ah” juicy would have put on this much weight in the past?

Single in Seoul, a romantic comedy film, starring Lee Dong Wook and Im Soo-jung, is scheduled for release on November 29.
