Sara Ali Khan most recently appeared in the film Ae Watan Mere Watan. Her younger brother Ibrahim Khan is getting ready to make his Bollywood debut as an actor.
With Sara Ali Khan already a household name in the industry, all eyes are on her younger brother Ibrahim Ali Khan, who is also looking to make his mark in Bollywood. Sara recently spoke to ANI about Ibrahim’s talent and wished him luck and success in the industry.
Sara’s words
“No (I don’t feel like setting an example for him)” was Sara’s response when asked if she would like to use her work to set an example for her sibling. Because of his upbringing, good fortune, and talent, my brother is quite intelligent. I know he won’t stray from his chosen path because we were raised similarly. You will return to yourself regardless of how far you run. We learned that from our mother, Amrita Singh.”
Ibrahim has a few projects in the works right now. On the other hand, no formal announcement regarding his projects has yet been made.
Ibrahim’s “aapa” wished him well on his Bollywood debut, saying, “I hope he maintains balance in his life and work.” He ought to uphold his morals. He’s a kid who is grounded.”
Concerning Sara’s projects
Sara is currently occupied with promoting Ae Watan Mere Watan, her most recent film, which is based on the life of freedom fighter Usha Mehta and pre-Independence India. Congress Radio, which Usha founded, played a crucial role in the 1942 Quit India movement.
Regarding the movie, she remarked, “I was thrilled and motivated to work on this project because I was unaware of the contributions that she (Usha) made. It is right that this story be told. She founded an underground radio station at a very young age, which brought together a large number of Indians and sparked the nation’s independence movement. This tale of unwavering perseverance, conviction, and self-belief needs to be told to today’s youth.”
Karan Johar‘s production company, Dharma Productions, is sponsoring Ae Watan Mere Watan. Additionally, Sachin Khedekar, Abhay Verma, Sparsh Shrivastav, Alexx O’Neil, and Anand Tiwari all play significant roles. Emraan Hashmi makes a brief appearance as nationalist and freedom fighter Ram Manohar Lohia in the Kannan Iyer-directed movie.
