Karan Johar: It’s the second half of November, which means it’s time for the International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The 54th edition of the festival will take place, as in previous years, from November 20 to November 28 in the beach state of Goa, and excitement is already building due to the presence of some of the biggest names in Indian cinema and Bollywood. And now we know that Karan Johar and Sara Ali Khan will be adding to the glitz at the festival.

Karan and Sara will appear at the festival on November 21 to reveal the first look at their upcoming film, Ae Watan Mere Watan. Tuesday, November 21 is when the event will happen. Other cast and crew members are expected to attend in addition to Karan Johar and Sara Ali Khan.

Ae Watan Sara Ali Khan stars as freedom fighter Usha Mehta in Mere Watan. According to reports, the film will center on Usha Mehta, who launches an underground radio station called Congress Radio. It was operational for a few months during the Quit India Movement of 1942.

It made a significant contribution to the freedom struggle movement during those brief months by airing news and other content that the Indian government of the British colonial era had outlawed. Amazon Prime Video will host a direct release of the Kannan Iyer-directed film.

Salman Khan, along with the Farrey cast and crew, will be present on November 21 to give the thriller-drama its world premiere prior to its global release on November 24.

Sunny Deol, Vidya Balan, Ragini Mukerji, Manoj Bajpayee, Boney Kapoor, Dolly Ahluwalia, R Madhavan, Babil Khan, Kay Kay Menon, Divyenndu, Rahul Rawail, Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari, Raj & DK, Guneet Monga, and others will be present at the masterclass sessions. In conclusion, Michael Douglas will receive the Satyajit Ray Lifetime Achievement Award.
