Today, the film may fall below 3 crores for the first time, and tomorrow it may rise again due to the release of Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya. The Shahid Kapoor and Kriti Sanon starrer is gaining traction, so it will not be taken lightly. However, over the weekend, Fighter is expected to see a significant increase in collections.
The Siddharth Anand-directed film has now grossed 187.25 crores, and it is expected to surpass the lifetime earnings of major Deepika Padukone films Bajirao Mastani (188 crores) and Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani (188.92 crores). The goal, however, is to surpass the Happy New Year total of 205 crores by the end of the third weekend, making Fighter her fourth highest grossing film after Pathaan, Padmaavat, and Chennai Express.
