Fighter remained stable on Tuesday, with 3 crores coming in. On Monday, the film grossed 3.25 crores, which is in line with expectations. The drop is approximately 10%, which is typical for a film that has been playing for more than ten days.
So far, the film has drawn steadily on Friday, then jumped on Saturday, and then stabilized on Sunday. That is something that the Hrithik Roshan-led film can expect in the coming weekend. However, this is a word of caution because Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya will be released on Friday, and the same level of momentum may not be seen again. Yes, there would be a jump again, but don’t expect collections to double between Friday and Saturday, as they did last week.
The Siddharth Anand-directed film has now earned 184.25 crores, and with a slight drop expected today and tomorrow, the second weekend will bring the total to around 189 crore. By the end of its third weekend, the film should have surpassed the 200 crore mark.
