If you ever need a synonym for the term extravagant, simply say Ambanis. For the second time in a row, one of the world’s wealthiest families is planning a lavish pre-wedding celebration for their son, Anant Ambani, and prospective daughter-in-law, Radhika Merchant.
Anant and Radhika’s first pre-wedding gala was held in Jamnagar and lasted three days, with the complete Bollywood cast culminating in a celebration in Gujarat to commemorate their union. This pre-wedding celebration cost the Ambanis a whooping 1259 crore.
But, guess what? The family is preparing for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding event, this time in a distant nation. According to rumors, Ambanis, along with a few Bollywood celebs, have already flown to Italy.
A Real-Life Dil Dhadakne Do!
Remember Zoya Akhtar’s film, in which the Mehras celebrated their wedding anniversary extravagantly? Well, the Ambanis have cast the entire Bollywood as supporting actors in their real-life Dil Dhadakne Do, as they prepare to celebrate on a cruise.
The activities begin on May 28. Salman Khan, Ranveer Singh, MS Dhoni, and others were spotted departing from a private airport for this event, which will be the talk of the month. Given their close relationship with the Ambanis, Shah Rukh Khan and Aamir Khan, together with their families, are anticipated to join the party soon.
There are 600 staff members for 800 guests
According to India Times, this pre-wedding event will accommodate 800 guests, with 600 staff members taking care of them. The celebration will begin in Italy on March 29 and conclude in Southern France on June 1. This four-day trip will also include events and a space-themed party.
On May 29, guests will be greeted with a festive meal, followed by an evening extravaganza called The Starry Nights. On May 30, there will be a Roman-themed excursion, and on May 31, the Ambanis will celebrate Veda Ambani’s first birthday alongside the entire Bollywood!
