Richa Chadha took to Instagram to support Deepika Padukone after she was mocked for wearing high heels while pregnant.
Richa Chadha is not in the mood to take unwanted advice from guys about pregnancy. Richa, who is also expecting, took note of Deepika Padukone’s criticism for wearing heels during her pregnancy at a recent event and responded with a brief but fitting response.
What Richa said
Deepika recently attended a pre-release event for Nag Ashwin’s Kalki 2898 AD in Mumbai. She wore a black, form-fitting dress with a slit in the back to the occasion. The star complemented the ensemble with high shoes and jewelry. After photographs and videos from the event leaked on social media, several people chastised Deepika for wearing heels while pregnant.
Meanwhile, an influencer launched Reel to defend Deepika, claiming that the star is free to wear whatever she wants and does not want fashion guidance. Richa agreed and said, “No uterus, no gyaan (no uterus, no opinion).”
More information
Richa and her actor spouse Ali Fazal are expecting their first child together. In July, Richa and Ali will receive their first child. Her most recent appearance was in the May release of Heeramandi: The Diamond Bazaar, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
It’s important to note, however, that Deepika’s character in Kalki 2898 AD is likewise expecting a kid who may or may not be Kalki. In the movie’s teaser, she made her debut as SUM-80 or Maa (known as Amma in Telugu).
The dismal future Kalki 2898 AD depicts is one in which people in Kashi fight to obtain necessities. Super Yaskin/Kali, played by Kamal Haasan, is a character played by Amitabh Bachchan, and she also swears to keep her child safe from him. Prabhas will play a bounty hunter named Bhairava in the movie, who will use his charm to get the girl back to the Complex—where she presumably makes her getaway. Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, and Hindi versions of the movie will be released on June 27.
