Starring Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a romantic science fiction film. Rentable streaming versions of the movie are now accessible on Prime Video. Let’s observe the situation.

Story:

Shahid Kapoor’s character Aryan Agnihotri is a robotics engineer who works for his aunt Urmila (Dimple Kapadia). Aryan’s family wants him to get married and start a family, but he keeps putting off getting married. Aryan travels to the USA at his aunt’s invitation to work on a significant project. After receiving a crucial call, Urmila leaves her city to attend to an urgent matter. Urmila requests that Sifra (Kriti Sanon), her manager, look after Aryan while she is away. Aryan and Sifra become intimate, with the former falling deeply in love with the latter. However, Sifra’s identity as a humanoid robot is revealed to Aryan. What was Aryan’s next move? Had he overlooked Sifra? With whom did he get married? This is the main plot point.

Bonus Points:

Despite having a straightforward plot, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya succeeds because of its fun factor. The creators are well aware that their current plot isn’t particularly compelling. They therefore incorporated gags and situational comedy throughout the movie. We will find it amusing that Shahid Kapoor is trying to convince his family that Kriti Sanon is a real person.

The film contains a good number of funny moments that are handled well. One will undoubtedly be in stitches after the pre-climax episode in which the humanoid robot malfunctions. In this scene, Kriti Sanon gives an incredible performance. In her part, Dimple Kapadia is classy.

In the movie, Shahid Kapoor gave an amazing performance. The way the actor portrays his feelings of frustration after discovering that Kriti is a robot is amazing. Shahid Kapoor has good comedic timing, and his moving performance in the film’s finale leaves a lasting impression. Shahid has been showing up in more serious roles lately, and this movie shows off his lighter side.

Kriti Sanon, the National Award-winning actress, plays Sifra brilliantly. Although it is undoubtedly not an easy role to play, Kriti Sanon did it flawlessly and with ease. She had an amazing appearance and a great rapport with Shahid Kapoor. One of the best things about this movie is how hot the lead pair chemistry is. The visuals appear visually appealing and the songs are pleasant.

Negative Points:

The emotional quotient of the film is one area that needs a lot of work. A few strong emotional moments are present, but the enjoyable aspect overshadows them. Because of this lack of completion, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is unable to succeed as a wholesome entertainment.

Every now and then the film drags, and there are a few family scenes that could have been trimmed because they don’t really add anything. Dharmendra’s character is underdeveloped and doesn’t have much significance. The character and performance of the veteran actor in his last film, Rocky Aur Rani, left a lasting impression; this romantic comedy falls short in this regard.

Technical Details:

These kinds of romantic comedies need catchy songs, and Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya does this beautifully. Laal Peeli Akhiyaan, Akhiyaan Gulaab, and the title track are all beautiful to watch and listen to. Eye-candy visuals by Laxman Utekar make the film appear rich and well-produced.

Aradhana Sah and Amit Joshi, the directors, performed admirably. They were able to intersperse moments of entertainment, but the writing team could have done a better job with dramatic and poignant moments.

Conclusion:

Overall, Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is an enjoyable diversion that offers plenty of enjoyable moments. It’s clear that the creators want to entertain people, and they are successful in this regard. Kriti Sanon and Shahid Kapoor have amazing chemistry together and look great in their roles. Nevertheless, the lack of emotional nuance prevents the movie from progressing further. Additionally, the movie slows down at points. Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya is a fun watch if you enjoy romantic comedies.
