About Kalki 2898 AD
The myth-epic is inspired by the Mahabharata, in which Amitabh Bachchan plays Ashwatthama, who was cursed on the battlefield by Lord Krishna for murdering the last Pandava. Ashwatthama awaits Lord Vishnu’s tenth incarnation, Kalki avatar, who will appear in Kali Yug when the dark and evil forces cross the line. Kamal Haasan plays the dark lord Yaskin, the film’s main antagonist, while Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Disha Patani play the lead roles.
