Gisele Bundchen, the famous model, has been through a lot, but she has always chosen to be strong. She recalled a time when her shoe broke during a fashion show, but she continued to walk as if nothing had occurred. She believes that when difficulties arise, you can either disintegrate or rise above them. She chose to stand.
Gisele revealed her post-divorce journey.
Gisele recently went through terrible years after dealing with panic attacks, anxiety, and depression in her twenties. Because of the pandemic, she had to homeschool her two children, Ben and Vivian. She also relocated, first to Tampa, Florida, for her ex-husband Tom Brady’s football career, and then to Miami following their divorce. Her parents were also ailing, which contributed to her difficulties.
Gisele said of her post-divorce life to People, “It’s been very tough on my family.” It’s been a lot – I feel like anytime it rains, it pours in every aspect of my life. With all of life’s twists and turns, all we can do is our best given the circumstances.” “I think if I didn’t have all the different tools that I have to support me during these times, it would’ve been very hard,” the 43-year-old continued, “and I think we all can relate to that because I think we’ve all gone through our roller coasters of life.”
She meditated, exercised every day, and focused on good food to keep focused. She even gave up drinking in order to sleep better and be more present in her life. She believes that taking care of oneself benefits your family.
Gisele also wants to dispel the myth that self-care is selfish, especially for moms. She believes that feeling good makes you a better parent, friend, and lover. “No one is going to do it for you,” Bundchen said. You are the only one who will make those decisions. Because you will be the first to be affected by it. But first, you have to put your oxygen mask on yourself, your children, your husband, and your family.”
Gisele and her children relocated to Miami.
Gisele and her children just relocated to Miami, where they enjoy the sun and wildlife. “I love the sun,” the Brazilian model told People. I always feel the happiest wherever the sun is, just feeling the sun, taking a bath in the water, running on the sand, and feeling the grass on my feet. Simply being in nature provides you with energy. It just makes you happy.”
Gisele is proud of the ideals she instills in her children. She considers true achievement to be making a positive difference in the world via your children. She is overjoyed to see them develop into strong individuals with strong convictions.
