Anurag Kashyap considers Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan to be the most cost-conscious actors in Bollywood, stating, “Teeno Fees Nahi Lete…”

According to Anurag Kashyap, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan produce lower-cost Bollywood films than other actors!

Anurag Kashyap is spitting truths, even if it means revealing what goes on behind the scenes in Bollywood. The filmmaker recently disclosed stellar tantrums that have an impact on the budgets of Hindi films. He is currently making headlines for his unvarnished remarks against Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan, and Salman Khan, who have little bearing on film budgets.

As most people are aware, Bollywood projects are currently failing as a result of performers’ excessive salaries. Deepika Padukone, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Ranveer Singh, and Akshay Kumar, among others, are not cheap. In contrast, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan, and Aamir Khan choose profit sharing.

During a Bollywood Bubble interview, Anurag Kashyap described Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, and Aamir Khan as the “most cost-conscious.” He stated, “Main bade actors ke saath kaam nahi karta, lekin jyada cost-conscious industry mein humare teen bade stars hai- Shah Rukh, Salman, and Aamir. Teeno fee nahi lete film mein. Who has a background in film? Unki koi film expensive nahi hoti.”

And one would agree that with increased risks come higher rewards. Shah Rukh Khan, for example, scored a hat trick of successes in 2023 with Pathaan, Jawan, and Dunki. His action picture starring Siddharth Anand grossed a massive 543.22 crores. The Atlee film grossed 640.42 crores, whereas Rajkumar Hirani’s comedic dramedy made 232 crores. One can picture the amount of money SRK would have gained in earnings.

For years, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan have shared revenues from their big-budget flicks.

Anurag Kashyap is preparing to unleash Bad Cop as a professional. He will star in the online series alongside Gulshan Devaiah. It will be available on Disney+ Hotstar beginning June 21, 2024.
