Story:

Furious 7’s story continues the plot of the sixth part: Dominic Toretto (Vin Diesel) and his comrades get some rest after receiving their awards. But their holidays are turned upside down after an assassin Deckard Shaw (Jason Statham) comes for revenge after his brother, Owen Shaw, was left in a coma after Team X/TOWNS destroyed him in the previous film.

Thus, as Shaw focuses on Dom and his family, all members of the crew need to defend themselves and themselves from their enemy. As a result, the film centres them on a cylindrical tour of the world involving life-threatening burglaries, dangerous car racing, and many face-offs. They are also helped by a Government agent named Mr. Nobody, portrayed by Kurt Russell offering to assign a mission for the purchase of God’s Eye, a surveillance program that can track anyone on Earth.

The climax of the film is packed full of obvious exotic action scenes: car-jumping from a plane, San Francisco’s representations via gorgeous night view and, finally, shootouts in LA streets. There is an additional emotional aspect in the stories as the movie bows to Paul Walker and provides Dom and Brian with a final moment.

Review:

Furious 7 was greatly acclaimed by critics and moviegoers. We decided on the following categories of posters’ feedback: 1) Action: The film offers adrenaline-pumped action scenes; 2) Sentimental: The movie addresses deep emotions given the tribute to Paul Walker; and 3) The cast: Performances of the actors involved.

Plus Points:

  • Action Sequences: The movie is well credited for the flamboyant scenes of high-frame car chases, striking hand combat scenes and magnificent vantage points. The creativity and the way they handled these sequences are the major set-ups to make viewers stand on the edge of their seats.
  • Emotional Tribute: I have to say that how the film depicts the death of the actor Paul Walker, is quite poignant. The scenes that end the show with the character of Walker are appropriate for a tribute, where it is seen that enthusiasts can add moments of feeling to the storyline.
  • Strong Performances: The cast is well chosen and the main cars are performed by Vin Diesel and Paul Walker with great credible chemistry. It returns more action to the roots with a perfectly fitting characterization of Deckard Shaw by Jason Statham and Dwayne Johnson is at his usual best as Luke Hobbs.
  • Cinematography and Direction: The primary director James Wan offers a new vision of the universe, which looks different compared to previous films that featured different directors and writers, the cinematographer Marc Spicer also did an outstanding job because every action scene looks interesting.

Minus Points:

  • Predictable Plot: The important strengths of the film also lie in action, but some rap about the movie pointed to the fact that it is utterly conventional with the story that sometimes gives a predictable picture of what has already been depicted in consequent films of the series.
  • Character Development: Nevertheless, many of the characters continuously demonstrably and acted, though some supporting characters remained somewhat unindividuated and functioned as narrative tools at their best.
  • Length: Apparently at 137 minutes the viewers felt that though the film could use some fine-tuning, some sequences were a little on the lengthy side and this could pose a problem with film pacing.

Technical Aspects:

Furious 7 runs for 137 minutes and is presented in a 2.39:1 aspect ratio to help the motion picture effectively tell its visual story as well. The role in the film’s fast pace belongs to the editor, namely Christian Wagner, however, mild complaints have been written about the pacing. The music by Brian Tyler fits perfectly into the movie and creates high energy and easy and heavy tracks for action scenes. The sound design is used to enhance the audience’s experience within the movie-going process, which is valuable.

Performance:

Dominic Toretto is an iconic character and Vin Diesel brings the character to life intensifying indulgence of loyalty and determination. Paul Walker delivers a last memorable portrayal of Brian O’Conner and has some impressive stunts and charms to boot.

SEE ALSO: Furious 7 The inclusion of Jason Statham as Deckard Shaw gives a new perspective to the movie as he is great at both unleashing sheer power and performing stunts. Dwayne Johnson seems to deliver on his character as Luke Hobbs as is as funny as he is hard. The rest of the main cast comprising Michelle Rodriguez, Tyrese Gibson, and Ludacris among others give additional strength to the film since they portray a well-rounded ensemble cast.

Moviepoptime Review:

Furious 7 is badass. This movie is completely different from the previous movies, I think because of James Wan, who was a great director and had some marvellous shots in this. The car stunts/trucks/bikes were great, the Statham/Rock fight was one of the best battles in the whole of the series. You were clapping and the rest of the audience remained cheering through to the end of the entire film. This was the case with the movie we watched that not only had me laughing, but also thanks to Tyrese and Ludicrous the funny sides of them came out as well.

I used to wonder how they addressed the issue of Paul Walker, the CGI was not the best but the way they incorporated his old footage was awesome. Nevertheless, there are many sensitive and deep Jane emotions in addition to this action. Some of these scenes are very sad and one of them was an opportunity which Paul had filmed. In sum, this movie had so much action, and so many cool things to say, and sadly, it was the last movie with one brilliant actor and a wonderful human being. Rest in Peace Paul Walker.

Conclusion:

Overall Furious 7 is a great addition to the Fast & Furious franchise full of action and emotions, those perfectly combined to give the movie an incredible air of excitement. It has fantastic stunts, great acting, and an affecting nod to Paul Walker that has fans of the series to cheer for and make it special.

Of course, the film may be criticized for predictability as well as the character’s growth but the film is very entertaining. As a movie celebrating family, devotion and the feeling of wanderlust experienced throughout the film Furious 7 cements its place as part of the favoured franchise and makes an impact on the viewers. Besides paying tribute to the past films in the series, Furious 7 also establishes not only the movie’s success within the business industry but also the upcoming sequels.t moments. The film’s impressive action sequences, strong performances, and emotional tribute to Paul Walker resonate with audiences, making it a standout entry in the series.

While the film may face criticisms regarding predictability and character development, its ability to entertain and engage viewers is undeniable. As a celebration of family, loyalty, and the spirit of adventure, Furious 7 solidifies its place as a beloved film within the franchise and leaves a lasting impact on its audience. With its commercial success and cultural significance, Furious 7 not only honours its legacy but also sets the stage for future instalments in the franchise.
