Yodha, starring Sidharth Malhotra, has an extended release date. Originally, December 8 of this year was the film’s release date. However, this movie will now be released in March of the following year.
Yodha, the eagerly awaited movie starring Siddharth Malhotra, will now have a different release date. This movie was supposed to come out this year, but it will now come out in March of next year. It is being speculated that the release date was shifted in this case to avoid a conflict with the box office. The updated posters and the revised release date have been revealed.
Producer Karan Johar and lead actor Sidharth Malhotra announced on their Instagram pages that Yodha will now be released in theaters on March 15, 2024.
Instagram posts from Siddharth and Karan Johar
In an Instagram post, Siddharth and Karan disclosed information regarding the movie’s new release date. “We are all ready to fly in the sky…with full enthusiasm and force,” wrote Karan Johar in the post. On March 15, 2024, Yodha will be released in theaters. There were two brand-new movie posters released along with this news. In both posters, Siddharth appears to be a fighter.
Since the date of Siddharth Malhotra’s Yodha was altered, many conjectures have been made. Originally, December 8 was scheduled for the release of this movie. The same day will see the release of Katrina Kaif’s movie Merry Christmas. Siddharth’s movie’s release date might be abruptly altered in such a case to prevent a conflict at the box office. Yodha is not, nevertheless, the first movie to reschedule its release date because of a conflict at the box office. Gadar 2 was being released earlier, along with Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal. The release date was changed by the creators to December 1 to avoid the conflict.
Previously, Gadar 2 and OMG 2 clashed. While Gadar 2 was a success, OMG 2 did not. Siddharth may not want to take any risks in such a situation. For those who are unaware, Vijay Sethupathi is playing the male lead in Katrina Kaif’s Merry Christmas.
