MoviePopTime Review:

This touching documentary focuses on Will and Harper Steele, who takes a road trip after she fully transitioned to become a woman. The plot of the movie focuses on some of the most important and timely topics, such Soon, the significance of friendship, Self-acceptance, and Acceptance in general as a property of an LGBTQ+ movie making the movie a must-watch for everyone.

Having watched Will and Harper it was very much an intense experience that captured much of what I have gone through myself. The movie portrays how uncomfortable and, at the same time, wonderful is to deal with changes in relationships We can talk about friendship, and how difficult it is to accept new changes in friends and family.

Conclusion:

Will and Harper offer itself as an important essay on representations of gender and sexual minorities in the current landscape of queer cinema. Despite these flaws – and they are significant, specifically in terms of presentation and structural pacing – there is a lot to be pleased with in the example as a distillation of an important message about growing up, friendship on the cusp of adolescence as well as embracing otherness. Thanks to the powerful acting of the two main characters and the warm-hearted scenario the audience has an opportunity to think about themselves, about their choice of friends, and the principles of gender identity.

With society still growing in its understanding of gender identity and expression Will and Harper’s films play an invaluable part in making others understand. It’s a comedy, which is hilarious and it has a serious point that depicts the importance of storytelling as a device for learning and passing social messages.
