Story:

The film is built around the character named Sameera (Regina Cassandra) who becomes accused of killing the cop, DSP Ashok Krishna (Naveen Chandra) who tries to force himself on her. To fight that ill, she intends to hire a police officer Vikram Vasudev played by Adivi Sesh, who is as sinister as her. Vikram plays the police officer on the set and, as the viewer, everyone is to understand that there is more than meets the eye in the whole story. Using such loftiness as stylistic devices this movie narrates the element of flashbacks and discoveries that make one afraid and doubt whether such characters are capable of murder or not.

Review:

Therefore, with highly professional actors, the thriller called “Evaru” has a rather interesting story to tell and provides thrilling cinematography. Therefore, while using much influence from ‘Open Your Eyes’, Ewan Calendar is also able to make his film due to the good twist and the character transformations. However, there may be some ideas that certain more explainable subplots become tangled, thus causing some implications to pace.

Positives:

  • Strong Performances: As a debuting actor, Adivi Sesh does an impressive job of portraying the greyness of Vikram, his bureaucratic villainy. Regina Cassandra essays the role of Sameera and has portrayed the character Captivating, Painful very convincingly.
  • Engaging Plot Twists: The various stories of the film build some tension and the ending of the movie also surprises them.
  • Technical Excellence: The cinematography done by Vamsi Patchipulusu is bang on as per the movie’s feeling; music scored by Sricharan Pakala supports the required twists and turns setting drama.

Negatives:

  • Pacing Issues: It may be slow sometimes but this grants way too much emphasis on some scenes while important events occur in the background in what seems like a short period.
  • Underdeveloped Supporting Characters: The characters are lead fully developed but some other characters are not fully developed, and too many barriers can be a negative way to build up the audience to expect more in the characters.
  • Comparative Familiarity: Audiences who have seen ‘The Invisible Guest’ or its Hindi remake ‘Badla’ might have possibly got the feel that some twist and turn could have been run and gunned, or could have been handled with more force due to this.

Technical Aspects:

  • Direction: First-time director Venkat Ramji has done a reasonably good job of developing tension and sustaining audience attention for most of the saga.
  • Cinematography: The cinematography skillfully supports the thriller plot by smart and rather artistic lighting and composition adding to the film’s focus.
  • Editing: Garry BH is great with editing to ensure that the seems natural while at the same time, it could use better transition from one scene to another, in terms of pacing.

Performance:

The best one can do to describe the portrayal of Vikram Vasudev by Adivi Sesh is to sum it up as terrific and multi-faceted. Regina Cassandra comes into her own while portraying Sameera and she gets the help of which to portray all the strength and struggle of the character. Naveen Chandra has fully acted well for the role of Ashok and other artists also have given proper justice to the selected characters.

Moviepoptime Review:

Thus, the movie “Evaru” is perfect for watching especially for all those followers of a movie that maintains a touch of thrill and mystery. The whole movie is very suspenseful. Well, in one way or another, it just goes on to defy the expected results like this, Just when you believe that you understand the situation, something new crops up.

The last shot is the best thriller possible. Adivi Sesh is stylish, Regina Cassandra is intelligent, and Vamsi Pachipulusu has good vision. It needs to be noted that due to the nativity of the Spanish film “The Invisible Guest,” it is worth seeing even though I haven’t watched it. Genetically, as a cancer patient, Nihal Kodathy was excellent. I hope you have a yummy weekend, as described in one of them below. Take it on!

Conclusion:

Thus, “Evaru” is a decent thriller entertainment, it has accurately succeeded in gathering people’s attention it has a decent movie plot and the two male leads are fine actors. However, problems like pacing and such a structure still originate from the fans of the franchise; however, the movie offers political intrigue and the application of high techniques. EE Venakat Ramji’s Directorial debut is worth the watch for the fans of the thriller genre. Thus for all the voyeuristic audiences, bemusement of suspense and fear coupled discreetly with an emotion that has a story behind it, ‘Evaru’ is one worth watching.
